John Roberts, Non-Executive Chairman

John Roberts is a geologist with 50 years experience in the mineral exploration and mining industries in Australia and the USA. During that time he has been involved in numerous new mine developments and redevelopments.

John is also chairman of other listed mining companies and is on several important committees related to the mining industry. He resides in Adelaide, South Australia.

David Muller, Managing Director

David Muller has 40 years experience in the Australian mining and exploration industries. Graduating with a bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne in 1965, his early career included work with the Electrolyte Zinc Co of A'asia Ltd ('EZ'), during which time he was responsible for the discovery of the Beltana Zinc deposit in South Australia. During this time, EZ was also involved with Geopeko in the discovery of the Ranger Uranium deposit in the Northern Territory. Later, David worked with May and Mellor where he was involved with the financing and restructuring of listed junior mining companies.

In 1975 David commenced private prospecting activities in Western Australia which was the basis of three companies which he floated; Samantha Mines, Samson Exploration and Cape range Oil. These companies were involved in successful development of gold mines and the Turbridgi gas field. David was chairman of all three companies until 1985 when he lost control through a take over battle

In 1985 he stated out on his own again and formed Julia Mines which was listed and in full gold production by 1987.

Since 2003, David has been working privately in mineral exploration in the Northern Territory and he has personally selected and acquired all the areas that form the Company's exploration basis.

David resides in Perth, WA, but now spends most of his time operating from his residence in Darwin.

Robert Annells, Director

Robert is a qualified accountant and a former member of the ASX with over 40 years experience in the securities industry, including experience in the provision of corporate and investment advice to businesses operating within the resources sector. He is the chairman of several ASX-listed resource companies.

John Newton, Director

John has a background in international stock broking, accounting and corporate finance and has been a director of several listed companies both in Australia and Canada.
